Legacy Giving Options at the YMCA of Silicon Valley
Endowment Fund
Since 1972, the YMCA of Silicon Valley Endowment Fund has provided vital, long-term support for Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility. An endowment is a permanently invested fund, where the principal remains intact while a portion of the investment earnings is used to support the Y’s mission. This ensures that gifts continue to provide lasting impact, growing over time to help the Y expand programs, offer financial assistance, and strengthen the community for generations to come.
A strong endowment is key to meeting the Y’s future needs—whether through increased financial aid, transformative new initiatives, or sustaining daily operations. The endowment’s strategic investments create a lasting impact, securing the Y’s ability to serve all, regardless of financial circumstances.
